Default Running hotter recently

It's been awhile since I've been around here. This engine combination has been running for a few years no problems. Recently about 3 weeks ago I noticed it was running 200-210-215. It used to run 180-190. Nothing puking out. Radiator about 2 years old(Dewitts) water pump about 1 year old. 16lb cap. Changed the thermostat just because, same. Checked gauge with a thermometer in radiator spot on. Checked timing. 14 inital 30 total no vacuum advance, same as it has been for years. This is because the engine has a supercharger on it. It has always run fine and it always could just sit and run and not get hot. My 3 guesses are as follows.

1) Waterpump not pumping enough. Impeller slipping
2) Radiator clogged
3) Crack in head putting heat into water jacket?

I'm waiting for a friend to call who can check for CO in the radiator after that I will check the temp of the upper and lower rad hoses with an IR to see how much difference I have.

what makes you suspect a cracked head? Did you have a serious overheat or some other reason? Why not just a slipping belt?

No major overheating or event before this new string of higher temps. Waterpump is driven by ALT and A/C belts. I don't think it could be slipping with the belts pulling in opposite directions. This one is weird as this has run for years. I would not normally suspect something as durable as the waterpump but who knows.

although it has never happened to me I have seen a few photos on other car sites of water pump impellers that rotted and failed to move enough coolant. How is the seal on your radiator cap? Have you Changed the 50/50 mix of coolant to water?

Do you have a "clutched" fan and, if so, have you checked it out ?

Just to try it I just ran it without a thermostat. Got up to 200. Hoses are hard so there is pressure built up. Wish I had a working IR gun. Lower hose was pretty hot. I'm suspecting either waterpump or radiator or some kind of freak blockage.

It has a Spal electric fan. This set up has run fine for the last 10 years with 8 of that with the NA motor and 2 with the supercharger. This is a new development.
