Default Picture request: seat belt mounts 1963

I cannot seem to find the picture I need through forum search, so can someone post a picture of the seat belt mounts with the original installed seat belts (door and tunnel side)?

I don't have seat belts in the SWC, and I know the mountings should be there from the factory, but the carpets have no holes in them...

If I remove a bit of carpet on the passenger door side where I would expect to see a threaded hole:

These are my original '63 belts...as you can see they have the Irwin Air Chute label and are 3-panel in the original red.

Thanks for the picture Frankie!
I'll check again tomorrow. If there are no threaded mounting support holes for some reason, then I guess no seat belts for me then...

They're there -- have a little faith.
From the '63 AIM.

Yes thanks, I also saw that on page C84, but a real picture sometimes says more then a drawing. I will search some more today. To see behind the carpet on the tunnel, I will have to remove the armrest first I think...

Like DucatiDon says- just get underneath the car and use an awl to poke a hole thru from the bottom side.

Listened to some good advice and poked around on the underside. I found the hole, it was plugged with some rubber stuff. It's clear now, and the threads still seem usable.

For the installation of the belts, am I correct that the buckles should both be located in the middle, and the tongues on the side of the doors? In the AIM, the drawing seems to show it this way, but interior shots on the internet sometimes show the buckle on the left and the tongue on the right, both for driver and passenger. What is the correct way of installing these?
Thanks!

Correct, buckles go to the center mounting holes.
