The weatherstrip is held in place with fasteners called "drive screws" They have a heavy course thread. I've removed them different ways over time. If you can get a small thin blade screwdriver tip under the head pry the screw up a little. Then grab it with a small vise grip or plier and while pulling turn counter clock wise. I've also had to drill them out. You can get new ones at Glassworks.
The weatherstrip sits inside a channel in the aluminum header. Pull the old weatherstrip out and depending on it's condition you can use it to mark the new weatherstrip for screw hole location. You can also mount the rubber in the roof and use an awl to locate the screw holes.
Use a little sealer in the channel, install the weatherstrip in the channel and secure it using the drive screws and metal plates. The drive screws simply tap in with a small tack hammer. Finally trim the weatherstrip length and your done.

Those drive-screws/rivets popped right out of mine with not much effort. I used a screw driver and a short putty knife. Ire-used all of them for re-assembly.
