If proven to be legit, these documents should go to the National Corvette Museum, and not sold for personal gain. :toe tap: Dennis

The first picture appears that thoughts were toward SIX tail lights.

The seller implies that those are Zora's drawings, but they're not - those are standard Styling studio packaging drawings. Although most likely done at his direction, they were done by a Styling ddesigner/illustrator.

I contacted the seller. He is NOT the owner. I suggested they should be in the hands of the NCM. His response, "The Corvette Museum doesn't seem to be truly interested…which is, frankly, rather surprising". WTH! Dennis

The seller could be better off financially donating this material. I think the NCM is a 501 so the tax deduction might be greater than the amount they get on eBay.
Something doesn't seem right here. Just saying.

Things seem perfectly in order to me, like John said, Zora didn't actually draw these, he might have used them, but we'll never know for sure. Therefore, I don't believe these drawings are worth very much. To the hardcore corvette community only, these are interesting to discuss and ponder things like the "three-light" option, but that is about it.
Since the seller thinks 5+ grand is a good price...is probably why the Corvette Museum has said, "Not interested". Of course the seller is baffled by that...agree he would get himself a better deal by donating and then claiming they are worth $5750 on his taxes.
What we really have going on here is yet another individual trying make a score on something that really isn't all that valuable...playing the hype.
