Any add on's would be base on what you would like to do with the car. I think it looks awesome the way it is.

Can I ask what your plans for the car are? I know you stated in your other post, that you wanted to use it to play at Homestead, but were you talking able HPDE days, or actually racing it?

If you intend to race it, especially in vintage events, you better check the rules for the various groups, before making to many changes. With most vintage groups, changes like rear spoilers and big flares, can bump you up into faster race groups, where you may find it hard to be competitive. Generally, most vintage groups require cars built before 1973, to conform to the 1972 SCCA General Competition Rules. The 72 GCR prohibits large flares, most aerodynamic aids, wheels wider than 8", etc.

The modifications your talking about, could cause you to be moved up to a class, where you will be racing with 70's full frame Greenwood type cars, as well as 80's & 90's tube frame racers.

Check out the rules for SVRA, HSR, SCCA, etc., to make sure you'll still be able to legally campaign your car, was you've made the changes your contemplating.

Good luck with your project, and keep us posted about your progress.

Thanks, I'll start out w track days & see where I go from there

I think FARA here in FL is more liberal w rules, more Run what you Brung

Course I'll have this monster race ready by Oct

maybe I can sneak it into the Miatas class.

A member on Ferrari Chat Florida had posted that he purchased one of the Corvette GTP cars like you have a picture of here. I remember the post back in November 2013.
Love the 67 Vette. Be sure to post some race dates at Homestead. I would love to see it run.

personally I would not do a thing to it. it looks sinister. super nice job. the only thing your car needs is a set of 3 inch black side pipes and an entrance fee paid at a local road track. I would kill to put a few miles on that car. nicely done. ARA

Rick Hubbster was the post id on Ferrari chat. I met him recently at a CHIN event at Homestead. He was running a Z 06 that day. He has added another great car to his collection with the 67 racer.
