I would say it depends on the kind of work you need done. For mechanical and non-restoration work, I would not hesitate to talk to Guldstrand. I took my cars there many times before he moved to the Valley. It's been about 15 years since the car was there. The shop I used most recently said he could tell what they did and that he thought it was good.

Since you are in Pasadena, check out the local Corvette clubs to see what the members think for shops that can do mechanical and maintenance type of work.
