hey guys, what is the proper size and color code for 396 dip stick and tube? there are so many different answers out there my head is about to blow up!! thanks again...

i understand that nowhere man, im talking about the the dip stick plastic end..there are several different colored tips on the handles. what is the proper color?

thank you, i have heard that it may need to be yellow? i dont know for sure. im not overly concerned about the color as long as it measures,fits and looks proper..thanks again

You'll find it in the "Mechanical" section, under "Engine Oil", and "Oil Dipstick" and "Oil Dipstick Tube".
