Default Weight of Factory A/C?

About how much weight does factory A/C add to a small-block C2? If I recall correctly, it's enough that the factory used different front springs.

I'm curious about how this compares to the weight reduction you'd get by going from stock cast iron heads and intake to aluminum ones, which I'd estimate to be 80 to 95(?) pounds.

Also, about how much weight would garden-variety headers save compared to stock ram's-horn exhaust manifolds.

Do these engine weight reductions, if you do all of them, merit reducing front spring stiffness?

The weight penalty for A/C on a midyear is 93 pounds.
