Default Delco Remy Service Bulletin 1R-180

I'm looking for the Spec. N° of a Delco Remi Voltage Regulator 1119000.
Can somebody help ? I cannot find the Service Bulletin 1R-180 on the net.

I have the following problem: the voltage measured on the battery increases over 18V at high RPM. According to the regulator Service Bulletin, this can occur either when the field circuit of the generator is grounded, or at improper setting of the voltage regulator.

I couldn't identify any ground problem on the generator and the voltage regulator seems to work fine (it opens at about 14V)

By running as a motor, the generator works fine. It consumes about 7,4 A. According the passenger car service manual, the value should be in the range 4,7 - 5,6 A

Any idea ?

PS i'm using an original 1119000 reconditioned
