Drilled out the center and gave it a tug. The lock **** and the stud from the lock control came out in one piece.
Replacements parts in order.
Thanks to everyone for assistance.
Maybe I will get luckier on the Driver's Side!!!!

Replacement parts arrived. Turned the cylinder over after it was fixed and then installed the door cylinder spring. Then placed the locking cam which attaches to the locking rod.
Now I tried to install the locking pawl retainer clip (looks like a trident) onto the back if the cylinder. Tried gripping the bottom with vice grips but pushed so hard I unseated the cylinder. Am trying to be careful not to ruin the fiberglass around the lock cylinder hole.
Any tips on installing the clip would be appreciated.
Thanks again.

You install the rod to the lock. Then clip it into place

If I have to sacrifice the ****, should I just drill around the outside of the center, and then dremel the rest of the **** off the shaft? This would allow me to get the door panel off.
Does the **** connect to the piece they call the Lock Rod? In case of some really strong glue, might have to replace the Rod as well as the ****.
Heat and a real pounding scare me a bit at doing more damage than spending a few bucks on repro parts.
Thoughts on this approach would be appreciated.

The locking pawl fits very snugly on the cylinder. Looks like there is more glue on your cylinder or on the door.

Reassembly on the door panel almost complete.
Both window cranks with the clips are tight.
Door lock engages the clip but **** falls off if I close the door.
Any suggestions on how to make it more secure?
Thanks to everyone

Tried bending the clips. Didn't work. Since I had to replace the lock control my next step is to check the shaft groove to the original. Might have to cut the groove deeper.

Omega clips
Are your omega clips round or square in cross section? Square ones sit in The groove better
Another good tip is to tie a small piece of string or fish line to the clip to facilitate removal in the future

The lock shaft should have a bevel on the spline end. This will allow you to put the door lock clip (omega clip) on the **** then press it onto the shaft. Double check your dimensions to be sure the clip is dropping into the shaft groove

Yes, using the fish line technique

I do not know where you can buy the square cross section clips. I noticed mine were square and assume they are OEM. Seems to me the round ones will work if you can get the proper tension and depth in the groove.
Now you know why he epoxied the old ones.
