Default Rear shock absorbers, Viking Brang

I am looking for rear adjustable shock absorbers and I wanted to check here if anyone has or knows anything about the Viking brand. They have a double adjustable set, that you do not have to remove to adjust? thanks, Dutch

In almost 50 years of car involvement, never heard of them. So I did a search. Looks to be very high end racing applications and very $$$$$. Do you have a track car? Dennis

Default I guess I am old school also!

This weekend I had a $10K Von Shock setup in my hands going on our family 1973 Porsche RSR! All I had to say was wow! Therefore some of these high end brands could be made to work if they offer custom length and valving and/or mounting options. I have run the Koni 3012's and those have been great with Heims on both ends and I can either run them in coil-over or pull the coils and put the traditional spring on. I hear good enough things said about the QAL's, I thought the Penskes and such were way more than I ever needed to spend.

But seriously with how flat these modern road courses are these days, I honestly think you can get away from needing double adjust unless you are really racing professionally. I still like the double adjust, because I am driving the race car on the street or up through a Canyon or two at times, over very uneven pavement-- when I take it out. My Father has the old double adjust Koni's on all fours and on my 1968 I have the orange single adjust ones on that street car which are mostly fine for cruising around.
