Default Grand Sport

I saw this beast at the Belgian spa some time ago and let me tell you it Is fast! Not just fast for an old car but fast in modern terms also. Wonder how much one of these would cost?

It's like the old saying, "Speed costs money - how fast do you want to go?". Real ones are $4 million +, you can build your own from a kit for $50K - $70K, you can buy one turnkey for $80K - $100K; the one in the photos in the link is the turnkey built by Duntov Motor Co. with the really ugly re-shaped front end.

I've never understood why there are so many Cobra replicas and so few Grand Sport replicas.

btw - The permanent Grand Sport thread here is really great.

Here's what we think is
. It's #3. It's not a totally accurate restoration but it's very very close.
