The vin tag and production tag are missing but have the vin off of the frame. This car is being sold AS IS condition with NO title or registration.
So I wonder why the VIN and trim tags were removed from the car.

Here is one that has been for sale for a while... its probably overpriced for a 63 Convert that needs a lot, but maybe time has tempered the sellers expectation.

Anyone been to check it out? If so, care to comment?

Ask Jack to by there. 25K is kind of high if it does not have most of the parts. He can call you and find out what is there in the boxes.

Title?

Also, he can call me if needed. I am not interest in another project until mine is completely finished.

Here is a 1957 which I have seen in person. Really this is a full project car and in my opinion they are asking too much... 30k tops!

hmmmm.....

1958 Corvette - $23000 (Medford, OR)
For sale is my 1958 Corvette project car that spent many years as a vintage drag car and would make an excellent hot rod or gasser. It has an Oregon title with current Oregon registered plates. The original numbers matching frame also goes with the vehicle, although the front suspension and frame has been cut off. The Corvette body is now on a 1957 Corvette chassis (from a resto-mod makeover) that includes a newer exhaust system, brake lines and cylinders. The engine is a 1957- 283 cubic inch, casting (#GM 3731548), and has approximately 5000 miles on it since being rebuilt. The carburetors are 1957 Carter WCFB (body casting #0-108), but not numbers matching for a duel carburetor set-up. The front suspension is 1957, but the positrac rear differential (B244, #3789812) and the T-10 4-speed (T10-1C, #3782212) are both from a 1961 Corvette. The car comes with numerous used corvette parts. Included are bumpers, grill, moldings (not all), seats, gauges, hard top, radiator, steering column, clutch brake pedals, rear lights, gas tank (needs dipping), exhaust system, mirrors and other miscellaneous parts. The 1958 fiberglass hood has been cut to accommodate a blower motor / tunnel ram from times past. The fiberglass body does show signs of its vintage heritage and is in need of restoration in various areas. Filling cracks, repairing small fiberglass chipped pieces and reinforcing brittle areas would be necessary to ensure a sound foundation. Although it will have tires and wheels (rollers), the tires and wheels in photos do not go with the vehicle; but they may be negotiable. This project car would be an excellent candidate for a "hands on" car enthusiast to finish at his leisure and enjoy the journey of building a true American classic. $23,000 OBO

1964 Corvette Convertible - $25000 (St. Albans, VT)
1964 Corvette Convertible matching numbers needs restoration. Both tops. Power windows and brakes. Many parts included to complete restoration. Asking $25,000. No trades. No low ballers. No scammers!! Will not respond to email. Cell phone only!
