I tried the 'ol wire brush on the paint in the truck trick to see if the grease pencil paint color abbreviation was written on the area where it's typically found and here it is. "Char" for "Charcoal". Same color the owner said it was before the cheap red paint was put over it, that he sanded off 40+ years ago.....







Is Charcoal the same color as the 2014 Cyber Gray on the C7?

I WOULD NOT call this a build sheet, but about 2yrs ago when we rebuilt the seats in the 56, these are the tags we discovered on the seat bottoms.

Randy what engine and transmission are in the car? Are they original to the car. What are your plans for it Restoration or Resale? I think that it is a neat car.

Yup, that's the outfit that built-up the spring and frame assemblies and sent them to Findlay Industries, who built and trimmed the seats and shipped them to St. Louis.

M.S. & W.C stands for McI???? Spring and Wire Company. Having a senior moment and can't remember the company name.
