Default Tilt Steering

Any body use the Flaming River tilt steering column in there C2, specifically the 63?

Is it really plug and play?

Fitment wise it is plug and play as it was prototyped from a 63 column. Wiring wise it is not. If you are running a factory style 63 harness the turn signal switch plug-in will have to be modified to fit the FR column's wiring.

I put one in my 65 as well as all new wiring harness'. I got another turn signal switch and used the correct plug for my new harness and adapted the wires from it to the Flaming River wiring plug, which I think is late model GM. It took about 30 minutes to do the wiring and put
it in the car. Good luck, you will enjoy the extra room.

Great, I guess i'll order one. I was at Goodguys in Scottsdale last weekend when I saw their booth. I noticed the wire connector right away and gave the guy a HhMmmm when he said it just plugs right into your stock harness??? Anyway, thanks I don't think there's anything I can't deal with there.
