Default Door lock lever seized

1960, spring clip is out. but lever is seized on the spline, been spaying pb blast on it, any suggestions? thanks Chip

Those little locks are notorious for falling in to the cockpit when you slam the door - I've heard a few folks have epoxied them on because of that.

Get a nice thick, large plastic bond spreader and a brake adjustment spoon and see if you can lever the spoon sitting on the plastic while its covering the door panel with the thin edge under the **** and pop that puppy off. Work from one side of the **** and then the other.

Short of that you might have to destroy the **** to remove.
