Thinly Disguised Attempt To Sell VIN Tag
Currently on ebay there is an interesting '65 "project or parts car" for sale. Looks to me like nothing more than attempt to sell the vin and cowl tag to wind up probably where it shouldn't. Bid already over $800.

Wow. That is the ultimate basket case, minus most of the parts needed to make up a car. But, some of the parts shown have value, not to mention a VIN tag and trim tag.
