1961 Need Black Paint Code for Wheel Inside
1961 wheels were dip painted black and then in general the face was painted the body color. I have enamel paint for the outside but haven't been able to find the paint code for the black. Long time GM painter who works at a supply house thought it might be DuPont 99A or 99L (which crosses to GM WA0848) but he wasn't sure.
Anyone know the correct for judging paint code?

Still need paint information
I got everything lined up to do my wheels but the black paint for wheel insides. What makes the judges happy?
