After getting a darn good look at the 1966 Stingray featured in the video below, claims that the C2 Corvette might be one of the best 'Vette generations ever are pretty hard to dispute.

NCRS Top Flight with Clear Coat?
It's a beautiful car at an extremely high asking price. One question though, can it be Top Flight with a clear coat added? Also, may be my monitor, but the color does not look original unless perhaps its Laguna Blue...
Don't misunderstand my post. I have a recently restored numbers matching 1966 L79 that I chose to have clear coated. Aside from the tires, the clear coat, and the better quality chrome, the restoration is faithful to original equipment. I'm just wondering about the Top Flight claim...
