63 T-10 Trans.
I have a 63 T-10 trans that I removed from a 58 Vette and was wondering if this is good for a 1963 Vette. I do not know when they switched to the Muncie four speed.

That trans is a bit of a mongrel. The main case is from a 250hp full size '62 Chevy and the side cover and tail are from a Feb '63 T-10 (just before change-over to the Muncie).
If you have the correct 421 bellhousing in your '63, that trans will NOT work. It has a large front bearing and retainer that will not fit your bell.
