Am I just missing a pressed in steel plug here? See photos of mine and one I found on here with a plug. California cars had a tube? and non had a plug? Or were they not drilled on regular intakes (non CA).
If it is a plug, does anyone know the size or where to get one?

Dorman sells the right size plug for that hole but I don't recall what size it is, 9/16" maybe?? Measure it with a set of calipers and search for it under Dorman Products.

Yes. All 3x2's had the upper pressed-in tube, for a hose to the PCV valve in the RH valve cover. On California K-19 (A.I.R.) cars, the manifold had a pressed-in tube from the engine plant in the lower hole for a hose to the mixture control valve on the RH valve cover; on non-K19 cars, that lower hole in the manifold had a steel cup plug in it from the engine plant.
