The proper thing for advice would be to post more pictures of your car!

We just got of rid of a 1963 S with aluminum hubs after
30 years of being in the family! i would suggest that you get after that rust, because German Porsche 356's will rot from the inside out.

Your car might be closer to my thought on Patina than most in this thread!
I have not been able to upload photos lately, but think I have it working now. I will post more if this works. Our 67 has mostly original paint, and now has 38500miles Attachment 47896294

i could see having alot of fun
with this car. The state of the garage owning hoarder is the problem here. Whoever has a non-productive type of garage, where nothing can get done!! No work will happen for those cars and it will only get worse! time for an intervention! Or a Psychologist!

Thanks. The car has lots of little cracks appearing around the window corners etc. The windshield and rear glass have never been removed. Finally some nice weather!!

Also, it's great to see all the cars submitted on this thread.
Even though, I'm probably going overboard on rebuilding our '62, I still hold a deep appreciation for the cars with a bit of wear and tear on them!
