Using a Ford Nine Inch
Are the resto - moders using a solid rear axle when adapting a Ford Nine inch or is it merely a center section. When your talking five to seven hundred horse power I wonder how the trailing arms hold up.

Here is my IRS with a Ford 9". The shafts are from the drive shaft shop. Chassis is from SRIII. Currie housing with a Moser 9".
It has a Wavetrac diff. In retrospect I would have gone with the Strange S-Trac instead, but it was not available at the time. Something to consider is the first post at: http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=42820 . Wavetrac backed their stuff (a good thing) but would not handle the power levels Ethyl was laying down.

I'm running a Ford 9" with triangulated 4 bar rear suspension and coil overs. My chassis is from Art Morrison. Should be pounding the pavement later this summer / fall….
