Did 1963 have a Carpet / Rear Storage Board decal? If so who has them?

I have never seen a 63 carpet decal.
The Repro Jack instructions are also wrong for early 63, they do not have the correct date on them. My car around # 2000 the instructions where dated 4-25-62 then part No. 3826484

The metal finger hole on the repro board is usually not the correct finish for '63 - should be bare metal, not plated.
