1963 Exhaust Manifold Question
I bought the '63 style 2-1/2" exhaust manifolds from Rock Auto (Dorman?) for the '55 Cameo I'm currently working on. Could someone advise the alternator brackets I should order to work with these manifolds? The bracket that was used with the headers that came off will not work. Would these brackets work? I'd really like to start buttoning this engine up and get it running.

The alternator brackets for any 63-68 Chevy SB which had the alternator mounted on the LEFT side, will work. For example, 63 Vette, 63-4 full size pass car, 67-68 Chevelle, etc, etc, etc.

Yes that should work.....The brace you link to on Paragon though is for the Passenger side. You want a driver side.
