Brian,
Very nice meeting you yesterday and also the guys from Dynamic Corvettes.
My son and I both thought your car was fantastic and even with the tastefully done modifications the car retained the character of the 63 split window.
I have attached a few poor quality pictures...

Brian, the car looks fantastic! Congrats on getting it done on time for this.
Jim, I recently bought coupe #1318 that was sitting for 40 years. Bought as an NOM, but a few weeks later the owner called and said he had found the 300 HP original engine. That made it easier for me to decide what to do with the car (stock restoration) which is Black over Saddle leather. I would love to do a build like Brian did, but cannot afford to put that kind of money into it. I guess it depends on what that owner would like to do most with the car. To each his own. Looking at the market lately, even the NOM doesn't seem to hamper the sale or the price of a nice car.

The weekend could not have finished better, after spending nearly every waking moment after working, and on weekends, the past six months, I was rewarded today with a first place class finish at Americas Greatest Hot Rod Show, the Detroit Autorama! The competition was great this year and frankly I didn't think we would achieve this. Feeling blessed! Thanks to all my fellow CF members that helped along the way, Brian

Safety Car
Congratulations And thanks for sharing the effort with us all here. Many people call me looking for an inexpensive vintage Corvette and I tell them to buy a project, and do a restoration. They fear the job and ''EFFORT'' needed. So the choice is pay more for a finished car. When you walk into the garage, only you and people who have done a restoration understand the pride and feelings you get. Congrats again !!

Can you share more about the removable inner fenderwell extenders, did you all have to custom make them or are they available?

They were custom made Curt by Dynamic Corvettes in Saginaw. He (Steve Snow) would have duplicated them, he will be at Carlisle tomorrow for the weekend if you are going? Brian

I will not make it to Carlisle this year, we are heading to the Auburn Duesenberg Festival instead this year instead.
