Opinion of salvaged 66 convertible
I picked up a 66 vette convertible in the following condition. Salvaged VA. title from 1981, never registered since..ex-427 car, now 396, m21. Has original 3.55.(AZ) posi, sway bars, 80lb oil pressure..frame/ front end from '80s accident welded/fixed. It's a rough project car. (Paint stripped)., but includes 2k of new parts for the car..is this car worth investing 25-30k, or should I sell it now?

With so few details, pictures .... condition , what extra parts, if perfect from fire wall back what you paid and what it could bring may be a huge margin. On the other hand if you bought it reasonable hang a front section and drive it. Never bought a damaged car so have no idea what is good or bad.

With a salvage title and NOM, I agree with other comments. Restomod or bail on it.

Salvage title is a dark cloud. Good luck whatever direction you choose. Dennis
