Default 66 convertible vent help

As a new owner of a 66 convertible I found that the vent T post was bent so that the vent window would not close fully. I have disassembled the entire vent window and now have a few questions. What is the rubber like insert that goes in the frame channel that also covers the rivets for the T post called. The vent glass would then slide into this channel. I have heard them referred to as grip strips, tape and liner. I tried to order the item and was sent the other frame weather seal. Also I am wondering how the new rivets for the T post are secured or flattened. Does it take a special tool to secure these two rivets in place? Thanks for any help.
