One way to isolate the problem is to take your next drive with the headlights on; if you have the problem and the headlights blink out its a main power connection; if they stray on it could well be ignition.
Or check to see if the radio goes off then it is total electrical failure. The inboard (closest to motor) bulkhead connector has a 12 gauge red wire in the corner. This is the main power feed into the car so check this connection carefully as Frankie suggests if you suspect the bulkhead connector.

Other intermittent electrical can be caused by the "green **** disconnect" syndrome.
