If it were me, as a reward once the engine is broken in, I'd let Donny do the first burnout.

Right in front of that @hole's shop that screwed it up in the first place!!!

But then I'm Italian; we're not noted for our forgiving attitudes...

FTF...if I was in my 20s; there would be a re-enactment of the "lion cage" scene from Goodfellas LOL

Donny...thank you 1,000 times.

Sandy and Michael; your car is beautiful and Im sure it'll feel good to have that missing part of your family home again, complete with its thumping heart.

Hello Frankie,

Yes Donny can do whatever he likes to test out the car.
We cannot think of anyone we trust more with it.
He's awesome .
Thanks

I don't think the question has come up in this thread, but was the engine that blew up the original engine? Or was this always a NOM Corvette to the present owner? I would think that might have some play in whatever legal discussions are happening with the shop that essentially destroyed the engine through their negligence.

Is the oil pressure reading the result of you priming the system? Dennis

nope, just a low mile 327/300 horse. should work really well with the M20 and the 3.36 gears out back

Maybe you have answer this question but do you know what failed with the engine. Was it a valve that the head broke off..

Not really going to get into what happened to the previous motor, there are things going on in the background...
