Default Jack's harvest

Nice Brown trout, 3 lbs 9 oz.

Later we enjoyed a fine dinner of trout, smoked trout, corn on the cob and potato salad.

Actually, Jack is not a big drinker. Tonight Jack and Frank drank some vodka and I had some beer with North Dakota pheasant turnovers as the main dish. Over all, we drank more water than anything else after a long day of judging on a very warm day. The forum is running real slow here in Columbus this weekend and its difficult to post, so you may not here from Jack until tomorrow.

Hi, computer down, have to use phone to post .New Rear end is great. At highway speeds 70-90 with average 75+ I got 16-17 mpg. About 3 mile per gallon then the 3:70

Great time with Dahogan and Midyear Frank. I judged a big car show with them. Off on my own tomorrow, just driving back roads of Ohio and southern PA , no destination or member to visit till Wednesday , when I will be in Pittsburgh. Leave Pitt on Thursday for Carlisle.

To others , if you live along 40/70 I will be on the road for two days, Let me know if you want to say hello and show me your car.

Jack

Jack,

Beautiful country surrounding Dover, OH for sure . . . I used to call on the Chrysler/Ford dealer in Dover! Harry Humphries . . . he was a buddy of Lee Iacocca . . . they both had a condo in Boca!!! Looking forward to seeing you next week!

Today as yesterday, the weather will be perfect for his trip, sunny and the temp only in the high 60's. Thanks Jack for returning to Columbus, I certainly enjoyed the visit.

You don't see too many old Corvette cross country threads these days, which makes this really cool. Thanks for sharing!

I plan to leave Virginia Beach before 6:00 am tomorrow so I should be arriving around 12:00 to 1:00. I am taking mostly back roads. I'll be parking my red 66 in the C2 area. The weather looks great. I am really looking forward to seeing everybody.
