To many years I had the original wheels and caps put a side by having the 53 to 55 dealer accessory wire wheels . Needed the wire wheels checked for straightness and new Radial tires mounted . Looks funny seeing these on now after having the wires on for so long, but there coming off again ,love the look of the wires .
I feel some what sad that NCRS don't recognize original dealer accessories in some kinds of different judging section ? Oh well! They accept made up race cars!

In the latest Corvette Restorer magazine the Judging Chairman announced just such a class - NCRS Sportsman Concours Judging - to be implemented in 2016. Maybe you'll rejoin?
Roy your 55 looks outstanding in both hub caps and wire wheels but if you are taking a vote and that is what you should do I think your copper 55 looks best in Wire Wheels. That is my vote.
