Ahh but yes, miss them all. Especially the Audio Club at Stuttgart, Octoberfest (well, any Fest).

This was our ride Circa 1975, later a rusty Squareback VW. We got passed a lot on the Autobahn.

Nice Italian C2 at a car show in Turin a couple years ago. Home of Fiat!

And another Italian Corvette. A 61 parked at the hotel in Como on the same trip as above.

Are you going to come to the Motorworld Corvette meeting on Sept 13 in Böblingen/Stuttgart? There will be around 200 Corvettes there. Here's the link to the venue: http://www.motorworld.de/stuttgart/.

I am now! Do you have to register before hand, or do you just show up? I live about 8 minutes away from that place!

Anyone visiting the Los Angeles area and craving German foodstuffs should visit "Alpine Village" near the intersection of the 110 and 405 freeways in Torrance. Among the shops they have a supermarket stocked with brands imported from Deutschland.

Just show up. Every second Friday of the month, the local Corvette owners meet there for a Bratwurst and Beer as well.

I was stationed at Harvey Barracks Kitzingen from 1984-88.
Heidelberg in the mid 90s.
Went over to Kitzingen during the 2nd tour.
There wasn't much left of it.
