NICE! I love restomods.... Classic styling with modern performance. Best of both worlds.

Beautiful job!

I'd love to see more of the dash and the console area.

Is that a nexus 7 or some sort of tablet or a radio or what?

No rear view mirror?

Love the stance!

You didn't dick with the body lines.

Interior is tasteful, and understated, I like the console and center dash treatment.

Engine compartment looks great.

Is there some way to raise the car for driving? Around here, the car looks undriveable, that low, unless you choose your route carefully and simply avoid certain areas due to steep parking lots aprons.

What is your minimum clearance under the frame/exhaust? If you have 5" minimum clearance, you are good. It may be just an illusion of too low, in which case, good job.

Personally, I think anything other than the stock looking speedo looks wrong in the cluster, but that is me. I would have had the stock speedo converted over to electric, maybe with an updated face, but the half circle speedo is an iconic part of the car.

Overall:

Doug

Stereo is a kenwood blue tooth capable CD player touch screen. I do have a rear view mirror. Didn't want to put holes in nice new dash so I found a real nice billet onethat will glue on glass. Just haven't glued on yet. I'll post more interior pics later. I bought console from Paul Atkins. Reworked it a little. Put USB port in storage area under armrest for cell phone charging

I actually raised ride height a little. It's close to 5" clearance. Probably 4.5. I spent a lot of time in engine compartment. No visible wiring. Minimal visibility of AC lines. Can't tell from the pics but I designed and made inner wheel wells that clean up engine compartment. I'll post a pic of engine compartment before it was painted

Default Inner fenders

The nice thing about these inner wheel wells is I left the part of the original that forms the half round area at the top. So when mine are installed over it it forms a tunnel that worked perfect to run wiring AC lines Etc. I really wanted engine compartment clean with no clutter.

Bruce did a fine job on this one, I have seen it up close and his attention to detail is fabulous. I like the matte finish of the cluster surround as well as the engine compartment.
Excellent work! Brian

How could any Corvette fan not like this? Even the hardcore NCRS types that never want to see anything but a full nut and bolt restoration.
