Default 1967 Convertible tank sticker

Is it possible to see the tank sticker without removing the tank?

Not on mine. I can feel what I believe to be the edge of it by reaching under the rubber gasket around the gas tank filler neck, I can't see enough of it to determine anything.

I guess it depends on what your definition of "see" is. You can't read it if that's the goal.

Not true. Generally they are mounted/glued on the drivers side of the neck filler. With a simple light on an extending handle )about 5bucks at home depot) you can stick the lighted end in between the rubber boot and the tank and see plenty. I know because I did this on my silver car. They even have electric video scopes that has a display screen in the hand held unit and a bendable line with a camera and light on the other end. YOu don't even have to move...It's unreal....ARA

I'm not looking to read it, just wanting to know if its there without hauling down the tank only to find out it's not....

Then remove the ruber boot around the filler neck and take a peak.
