It will be more productive if you post photos of what you actually have so we can comment instead of us explaining to you what you should have.

Here's a picture of 66/67 wiper arms. The 65 looks like this except it's shiny chrome instead of brushed (satin finish). Both types have a "final adjustment" screw that can be used to align them slightly after install. The second picture is my 65 wiper arm adj screw.

On my monitor, your wiper arms look like they have a dull brushed finish......which is not correct for 1965. 65 arms were highly polished stainless steel, that looked like chrome plating. The government thought the shine would blind drivers, so they mandated all wipers after 1965 have dull wipers.

This is exactly like what my '65 wiper arms look like, and I believe that mine are original to the car. Note what 65GGvert said - the '65s are bright (the bottom one) while the 66-67s are brushed (top ones).

They look identical from a quick glance; however, the adjusting screw faces "up" or toward the top of the windshield and since they are "opposing" wipe style, they are more like mirror images.

When I say shiny, I mean chrome shiny, not just polished. The ones you pictured do not have the finish of a 65. I just took two new pictures of mine for comparison:

What snowbound John said, and, no mid-year vette (nor any C1 either) ever came with wipers with those high speed air foils mounted on them. Don't know about any of the cars that came after 1967 and are also called corvettes.

That's right, you could certainly have lots of things more difficult to fix than wiper arms.
