Default 67 dash harness install

I learned to dip stick THE FORUM before starting some of the things I done in the past..this is no exception!

Dash done By Bill Harrison..some wiring issues with original dash loom
got a new loom from Lectric limited..so the question is>>>>>

Ok to install all the dash wiring on the bench..and place associated loom in... at the time of dash (getting ready to button up) in place...then hook up fuse box and radio and clock and glove box etc?
with glove box out..of course
original loom still in place....
need to remove speaker grill?
if any other do's and don't pls relay now..

Just take good picture of old harness it will get in the way installing new one .Mark all connectors take time hooking them up making sure they are correct The speaker grill if it fits tight on top and your not painting it leave it they are hard to pull down level once bent .

You could leave duct in place I did then formed the flex part in or make one yourself long as it works good You don't need to remove the grill unless your redoing the top surface and need to paint.

Some one on my car has loosened the grill it was up in corner and I spent a day trying to tighten to put it back down it was a real pain .
