carb jetting question

Seems like you will get just as many opinions as the people you talk too regarding carburetor tuning.

IMO, I would focus on the idle and cruise circuits, if you drive on the street that's where the engine will spend a large part of it's operation. Just be aware that if you lean the main jet for cruise you should enlarge the power valve channel restriction the same area so the A/F ratio stays the same until you tune WOT.

Carb threads are a close second to any cam thread.
