I have a 1966 Corvette that was delivered to White Chevrolet in Coldwater, Michigan in November 1965. According to Dealer Code (399) and Zone (45), there is documentation that the dealership was located at 595 West Chicago Street in 1967. Working with the Coldwater Library, I've discovered that White Chevrolet was previously located at 57 South Monroe Street... moving to their new building approximately the same time my Corvette was delivered.

Does anyone have any further info or original documentation from White Chevrolet in Coldwater, MI?

Think it went from White to Johnsons to Jays. Could have been some others in there. Building recently sold to Kilgore International ( http://www.kilgoreinternational.com .

The White family is still in business (plumbing, different location) http://www.whitesupplycocoldwater.com . Don't know if they retained any records.

Years ago I bought a bunch of left over parts from upstairs----and an almost complete collection of those dealer sales training program kits with projector.

There were some records up there but not much---most being from the early '80's.

Still looking for ANY original GM paperwork (window sticker, invoice, etc) from White Chevrolet, South Monroe St, Coldwater Michigan... from about 1959 to late 1965.

My 59 was purchased from Jim White Chevrolet in Ann Arbor, MI which is approx. 70 miles from Coldwater. Same dealer??
