1967 BB hood support
Can anyone shed some light on the support for a 1967 corvette BB hood. I understand it is supported on the drivers side. Is it a different support bracket and mount or can you use the same support mechanism?

Supposedly, the new option of air conditioning with a 427 that was introduced after the new 66 model was released required a bit of space that the right hood support was taking. That continued through the 67 model.
That's also why the new design right fender skirt was used shortly after introduction of the 66 model.
