The drain plug has original paint on it, so it is probably worth even more than $65!

Wing nut is a service replacement and not correct. Drain plug is correct for EVERY single Chevy engine in the 60's

How many of you will visit me in prison for this comment?

It's called a devotion and a gota have for our NCRS Brothers. Of course I would not buy those items as I'm not NCRS material.

But their are alot of guys who are and keep the Corvette true to what it was back in the day. Good for them if they have the money to get their Vette up to NCRS standards.

It just goes back to the different schools of Corvette ownership.

Survivor

Driver

Restomod

Original needing work.

Numbers matching

and NCRS.

In between their are the other classes Custom..Drag and many more.

All these owners are happy with what they have ....and good for them..

Cept I in't paying that kind of money for what ever the heck class I'm In...

You need to have rust to make it original.

I have saw another wingnut on ebay for $125. This was a thread before, with similar questions and no answers. So what is the big secret, that no one can reveal what exactly makes a $125 wing nut different from a "service replacement"
