Default GM 502: piston/head/gasket for 10.5:1 ?

Looks like I'll be building/installing a 502 this winter. I'd start with the GM 502/502, but I want 10.5:1 not the std. 9.6. Concerning after-market heads/pistons/head gaskets, does anyone have any advice? (starting with the current GM Block, crank, and rods...and ending up with 10.5:1). I want alum heads with the big valves and at least 300cc intake runners, and forged pistons.

I know many of you guys have recently built 502's, and thought you'd have some tips.

Thanks - Mike

Also try the C-3 section...LOTS and lots of hot-rodders over there!
As for your question- I'd like to do the same thing myself with my 502.
I dunno what pistons are used, though. Scoggins-Dickey Chevy has a 502 they sell on-line with higher compression and 602 H.P.
