Don't forget to tell her there are 10 or 12 forum members coming over to help and she has to buy the beer. Welcome to the forum. I guess the girls on here would put up a shower or something for her.

Welcome to the Corvette Forum. You'll find there are no questions that someone can't answer.
Another consideration: try joining the local Corvette Club. You'll get lots of advice on "how to".

I wanted to say thanks to all of those that sent emails and pm's. You guys are awesome. I will be picking up the 65 on Saturday, and very excited to get to work. Since you guys are the experts, maybe you could help me decipher these codes.

I have some more information on the car, I know it is numbers matching, and has original paint, interior, wheels, etc... It does have new tires. I will post pictures tomorrow and let you guys tell me if this originality should be questioned. (Seen a million cars that were supposed to have been original, but were far from it.)

Cool car. I love the color combination (although a tan top would be even better).
The brake calibers are likely leaking fluid-------very common problem. Rebuilt calipers with stainless steel sleeves are available from a number of sources.

I'm currently searching previous threads right now on replacing the calipers because I have been reading they were an issue.
