My friend is restoring this 66 matching numbers 425 427 sitting many years. Will try and get more info as the restoration moves ahead.

I'd clear the paint as is...get all the mechanicals, susp, eng, trans, rear, etc) electrical, fuel, brakes, exhaust, etc and other sub systems redone and drive it...no worry with new paint or someone trying to steal it
