Default Interior Question - 1965 Vert

I am installing a new interior from Al Knoch on my 65 Vert.

Will Dynamat and Jute Padding fit? Or should I just install the Dynamat without the Jute padding?

I just installed the Al Knoch interior in my coupe. I used Dynamat and the jute padding. It worked well with no issues about fitment.

I have used both in the past with no problems. Buy a rubber roller and us it to install the Dynamat.

Be particularly careful with the fit around the gas pedal, both at the floor mounting point and behind the linkage on the firewall. Too much thickness in those areas will both make it tough to reinstall the pedal and/or throw off the linkage geometry.

Default jut +Dyanamat

as mentioned thickness is a issue at throttle.....

I found the rag top at the rear wheelwells...is way to fat...my top installed showed me why...had to remover the jut on the tops of the wheel wells......just the dynamat in that area

the fat rubs the s/*#@ out of the top where the top at the wheel well meet when stowed
