58 LED Flasher Clicking - Noise Insulation
Hi Corvette folks,
My 58 LED flasher is clicking all the time when car is running. Car is not wet and stuff under the horn/steering wheel is new when I replaced 15-years ago, and flasher wire is grounded to valve cover.
Can I cover the LED flasher is some sort of heat tape or noise insulation to quite the ticking sound, without the flasher heating up?
I'm guessing these things can't start a fire, if covered-up!
Thanks,
Eric

Have you tried a new LED flasher to see if that fixes the problem?
