Help- Needing 1959 complete body.....
Found a 1959 original c1 frame but, owner is not relinquishing title. City Title company states I need a complete body and motor to be issued bonded title.
So I need some very kind individual in the austin area to let me borrow the body for about one weeks. It will be returned in same condition.
Compensation can be discussed for services.
Need to know within 24hrs if this is possible.
Call/text me directly at 325-212-8227(bryan)

Sorry, this should have been in the parts section...
Long story, but the owner doesn't or will not give up title to frame. So, to get title (no, the car is not being bought/sold) I would have to put a motor, tranny, and body on the frame. I'd only be able to title as a kit car without title. The rush is because I wanted to have this a possible driver in 90 days. Finding the right body could take weeks or even a month. And I want the validation it is titled a corvette prior to spending the $$ I know it will take to complete.

Why not do it the legal way and get a state issued vin with a tittle for your kit car.

I say move on to another car. Sounds like too much risk with possible future legal issues.
