Default '67 is almost finished...

drove out to valley stream today-- Kevin is doing a fantastic job. Spent about an hour there just looking at some of the projects he has going on. This guy really is a master .. the car looks amazing.

Still have to re-work the interior. Re-covering the vinyl seats with leather, replacing the carpet, and putting on a new top (any recommendations on this? I'm thinking of doing one of the newer, cloth tops -- the ones that use the same material as from a c5 -- just hate the vinyl look).

Anyway, a few pics... should have it back on the road in a few weeks

Car looks good. But what's wrong with the top. From your pictures it looks fine

pictures hide a lot. Its not original , and not a very high quality top, doesn't seal that great, and the vinyl is cracked in a few places. Spent this much time and $$ on the paint, seems a sin to top it off with mediocrity. if it were original, I'd restore it... thinking of putting a new cloth top on.

Almost there.. top on, leather seat covers in, interior finished... a few nuts and bolts, and I'm back on the road!

No doubt your getting first class work. He's one of the best, if not the top restorer. Dennis

Looks awesome, and that top does set it off nicely.

Very nice!

I'm sure you're itching to get it back on the road. How long has it been since you've driven it?

The black cloth top really sets off the red paint. It looks fantastic!
