3810 Carb date Code of 3025?
I have a 3810 carb for my 67 but the date code is 3025.
I bought it off eBay a while back not looking at the date code as the original carb was lost long ago.
Is this carb a replacement?

The value is probably what you paid for it a while back. The correct carb usually sells for around a grand restored and ready to bolt on

IMHO if that service dated carb is on your car and working fine with no problems I would leave well enough alone

It needs to be rebuilt. I had someone rebuild it but I think they just put gaskets in. It stumbles when rolling the throttle on and it always started like crap.

I actually sent him an email before I realized it was a replacement.
The car has the original motor and trans, so u was hoping to find the right carb, which I thought I did
I will probably send it off to him anyways. The rest of the car is not all original so Correct carb will not make a big value difference to the car.

If you are looking for a correct date, keep an eye on Ebay as they come up frequently.

He wanted it how he had it as a kid. So that is how we did it. He has now passed and we inherited the car. Been in the family since 1969 or 70.
So the correctly dated carb is not a necessity. I will probably not have it judged. Sentimental value of having it how he had it is worth more to me.
