My 62 has power steering was that available on that car or is it an aftermarket or a 63 parts install.

you could buy a 62 corvette with a power top and power windows but not with power brakes or power steering

Not only was it not available in '62, I'm not at all sure how you would get a '63 setup working...the C1 is a king-pin, centerlink system -- an entirely different design. There are aftermarket options though and that may be what you have...

thanks guys once I get the engine out of the way and pressure wash all the gunk off of everything maybe I could find some numbers and ID to try to get a rebuild kit for it.

If you post a few pictures of the power steering pump mounted to the engine and from underneath, of the steering linkage, particularly of the power steering cylinder, someone here may recognize it.
